Using the Music Maker Jam app from the Windows store, I layered and mixed a selection of brass, drum, string and vocal sounds to create an enigmatic and atmospheric piece of music that we could use over our production company titles or for the climax of the opening scene.
Whilst the app recorded my sound, I increased the volumes of some effects over others and edited the harmony as the sound continued.
Overall, I think the sound is effective though it unfortunately may not be suitable for our piece as it has only 60 bpm in comparison to our other soundtrack pieces that are 80 bpm or more.
