Production Company creation

To create this opening for a/our production company i filmed a ball filled with water and green glitter inside. As i was playing around with it, it occurred to me this would be a useful effect for my media project.

To get my desired product i filmed a extreme close up of the ball so much so you wouldn't know it was a ball. When getting my filming distance right i shook the ball in a spiral motion to make the glitter spin round in at a fast pace and carried on the filming till they stopped.

When imported into Final Cut Pro, it was in a long, rectangle format that didn't match our filming methods. So first i did was to click 'transform' as shown in the picture to move it into the right place.

Having click 'transform' i rotated it so it was now landscape and now it fit in perfectly with how we have shot the rest of our film.

Additionally, the size it was on screen was too small so still using 'transform' i widened it to my desired size and also to the point where it didn't look disortioned nor pixelated. 

Evaluation

Making this clip was extremely simple, non time consuming and took little skill.

Having edited to the clip to my choice, i shall experiment with adding different effects onto to clip to gage or not whether they will enhance its purpose of promoting our production company or if i need to leave it as it already is.
